Our Approach

Gypsy Leaf Counseling Services, LLC provides comprehensive and client centered therapy to clients located in Sierra Vista, Cochise County and all of Arizona via telehealth appointments. We utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, to address difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and phase of life transitions.

At Gypsy Leaf Counseling we are believers in will-power, second chances, and struggles that make you stronger in the long run. As human beings we are constantly moving through changing environments and phases of life. We are all gypsies in our own right. In order to order to navigate ever changing circumstances, we must be able to adapt. Like the leaf of a Maple tree, we must change with the seasons. There is beauty in this paradigm of change and evolution. There is beauty in the cycles of life. There is beauty in the Gypsy Leaf. We believe that finding the beauty out there in the world, and more importantly, finding it within, are the very things that lead to healing and happiness. We would be honored to be part of your healing journey.
